Welcome to the Intramural Pregnancy (IMP) Registry
The IMP Registry is an international initiative established to collect and centralise clinical data on IMPs—a rare and potentially life-threatening type of uterine ectopic pregnancy. Through global collaboration, the registry seeks to enhance understanding of this condition’s diagnosis, clinical behavior, and management strategies.

This is the first and only registry of its kind worldwide. It was developed by a multidisciplinary steering committee of clinicians and patient advocates, with the shared goal of advancing evidence-based care and supporting research into this rare condition.

If you or your institution manages patients diagnosed with IMP, we encourage you to contribute by submitting cases prospectively through this registry.

For clinicians and researchers interested in participating—or to learn more about the registry—please don’t hesitate to contact us.

This initiative has been made possible through the generous support of Miss Kelly Mobey and her family, whose contributions continue to drive our mission forward.
